I agree to supply a refundable deposit of £100, plus an additional weekly rental payment of £7, for the hire of an instrument, made payable to Angela Purll.

I accept that, in the event of damage to the instrument and/or its accessories, or loss of the instrument and/or its accessories, whilst in my possession, my £100 deposit will be used to cover the costs of repairs and/or replacement parts.

I agree to take full responsibility for the instrument whilst in my possession, including regular maintenance after use, and ensuring it is kept safe and secure at all times.

I accept that, the instrument is the property of the teacher, who reserves the right to discontinue the rental agreement at any time, should the instrument fall into misuse and/or neglect.

I have read and understood this instrument rental agreement, and am satisfied with the conditions specified by the teacher.
